Two days for small and medium businesses, individuals, and nonprofits from the United States, Canada, and India to showcase their work, meet buyers and partners across all sectors, and build alliances from a single floor in New Jersey.
The US–India–Canada Business Meet cum Expo brings exhibitors from all three countries onto a single show floor in New Jersey to display products and services, meet prospective partners and buyers, and open new markets across the border.
There is no sector restriction. Manufacturing sits beside fintech, healthcare beside handicrafts, agriculture beside education technology — the only requirement is that you're a small or medium business, an individual professional, or a nonprofit ready to make connections.
The two-day format is built around business: exhibit hours for walk-in visitors, dedicated windows for pre-arranged buyer meetings, and both lunches included so conversations don't have to pause for a food break.
Exhibitors traveling from abroad can request an official invitation letter for visa purposes.
The floor is organized loosely by hall so visitors can find their industry quickly — but every business, individual, and nonprofit is welcome regardless of sector.
Don't see your sector listed — bring it anyway. Booth assignments are made by hall fit, not by exclusion.
Both days run on the same core hours, with Sunday afternoon set aside for closing conversations before the floor breaks down.
Choose the rate that fits how you're exhibiting. Both include full access to the two-day floor and lunch on both days.
Rate applies to independent professionals and registered 501(c)(3)-equivalent nonprofits from the US, Canada, or India. Table, chairs, and standard booth signage included; electrical and premium placement available on request. Payment is not collected at registration — a payment link is sent separately by email once your business has been verified.
Venue address will be published here and sent to registered exhibitors as soon as the site is confirmed. Exhibitors will receive move-in instructions, parking, and shipping guidance ahead of the event.
